topic Webex Call Queue Webhook Configuration in Webex for Developers

Can you create a Webhook for telephony_calls/created for Call Queues?

Since you can't create telephony_calls events for the organization at large and parse them, I was going to just configure a webhook for each queue that we actually want to be notified on. However it doesn't look like you can use queueId as a filter on webhook creation from what I've been able to find. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to do this that I'm just not seeing properly.

Hello @Brandon.Pry1,
Thanks for your patience so far!
So this telephony_calls webhook is not ready as of now for Call Queue.
This is only usable for Call Dial and Receive APIs and that too only for personal Calls, not for Org level calls as you correctly mentioned.

You can find this documentation which also provides the same details as mentioned - https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/guides/webhooks#:~:text=Using%20the%20Data%20Property (this provided link works best in Google Chrome browser to point the exact highlighted information in the documentation page)

So, as of now Call Queue APIs can't be configures with the "telephony_calls" webhook, except the Dial and Answer APIs.
Please let us know for any further assistance.

Regards!
Sandip

Please Note: If you think the solution provided above was helpful and satisfactory, please accept it as a Solution! However if you want to discuss it further and get yourself unblocked, please don't hesitate to reply back on this thread and we'll try to answer those queries by the soonest. In that case, once all of your queries are cleared - finally you can mark it as "Accepted as Solution"
