I need a Python version of Webex Bot usage case similar to webex-bot-starter . Is there such an example?

Hello @zhodai,
Unfortunately we don't have one developed by our internal Cisco Webex team or, by Developer Support team, but I can find one here - https://github.com/pcardotatgit/Webex_Team_Chat_Bot_Python
Though, as I mentioned - this is not developed by us, but it should give you an idea at least.
