topic API callforwarding returning errors in Webex for Developers

Hi team,

When a script of ours is contacting callforwarding for an account to change to a number, i receive an error:

{"errorCode":25430,"message":"End user access for this setting is disabled for this org.","errors":[{"errorCode":25430,"description":"End user access for this setting is disabled for this org."}],"trackingId":"ROUTERGW_48e6ef27-3c56-4d53-9de8-42d8b52a8c00"}

As my IT department is admin and i am not i cant see that side of the rights around the api. What needs to be set to get the correct access?

P.s. i can however just login with the same account and change the call forwarding manually, that works fine, so it seems to me its not account related.

Hope to hear soon, Thanks in advance!

Robin

I would suggest opening a support ticket for it https://developer.webex.com/explore/support . For getting all the details we need, you can use our new Troubleshooting guide here https://developer.webex.com/explore/docs/api/guides/troubleshooting .
