&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gold Tenant Org ID - 153d96e6-b7a8-4c53-88cb-bacce14cc54b&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am currently creating the integration application using the developer site and I am encountering an issue. It appears that the contact center is not enabled, and I am receiving an error when I attempt to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Specifically, when trying to create the Integration app in the developer portal, I receive the following message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failed to create client. Tracking ID: WEBEX-DEV-PORTAL_84078ef5-d78a-4697-ab26-30e7601c5010_0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise the next steps to resolve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1963480"&gt;@shivprasad-kabir&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;looking at that org ID, it does seem to have a Contact Center subscription. Since this is getting more into troubleshooting territory instead of a generic query, that we normally handle here on the forum, I would recommend opening a support case on the official channels here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developer.webex.com/explore/support" target="_blank"&gt;https://developer.webex.com/explore/support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Submit Request. We will look further into it there. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
