Cisco Webex Contact center - Gold Tenant integration issue

Hi Team,

Gold Tenant Org ID - 153d96e6-b7a8-4c53-88cb-bacce14cc54b

I am currently creating the integration application using the developer site and I am encountering an issue. It appears that the contact center is not enabled, and I am receiving an error when I attempt to proceed.

Specifically, when trying to create the Integration app in the developer portal, I receive the following message:

Failed to create client. Tracking ID: WEBEX-DEV-PORTAL_84078ef5-d78a-4697-ab26-30e7601c5010_0

Please advise the next steps to resolve this problem.

@shivprasad-kabir looking at that org ID, it does seem to have a Contact Center subscription. Since this is getting more into troubleshooting territory instead of a generic query, that we normally handle here on the forum, I would recommend opening a support case on the official channels here: https://developer.webex.com/explore/support - Submit Request.
