      <title>Cisco Webex Queue Metrics</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to obtain the following metrics via the Cisco Webex Contact Centre APIs?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Current Queue Length&lt;/STRONG&gt; i.e How many tasks are currently waiting in queue to be answered?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Longest Call Waiting&lt;/STRONG&gt; i.e How long has the oldest task been waiting in the queue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don’t see any obvious metrics from the Queue Statistics API which appears for interval based historical metrics rather than current real time values. &amp;nbsp;Is there a way to obtain these today?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117928"&gt;@mark.rennie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as far as I know&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the Queue Statistics API focuses on interval-based historical metrics. Real-time queue length and longest waiting time metrics could be obtained using the &lt;/SPAN&gt;Get Queue Info&lt;SPAN&gt; and &lt;/SPAN&gt;Advanced Queue Info&lt;SPAN&gt; activities within the Webex Contact Center flow framework.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
