WxCC HTTPRequest - GetAgentActivities API

Hi,

I am trying to fetch RONA state of the agent from GetAgentActivities API. I have created a HTTPRequest, see the following config:

Request Path: /v1/agents/activities?from={{VariablewithEPOCH}}
Method: Get
Query Parameters: Key: agentIds & Value: {{FetchingidfromusersAPI}}
Content Type: Application/JSON

Parse Settings:
Content Type: JSON
Output Variable: <Variable called Status>
Path Expression: $.data[?(@.active == true && @.currentState == 'idle' )].idleCodeName
which I checked under JSONPath Online Evaluator.

Debug Output:

Somehow I am not getting any output

@marahman78 we would need to see the full API request with all parameter values. I understand that it might contain sensitive data, so it might be better to open a support case for this and we can check further: https://developer.webex.com/explore/support .
