&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt;WxC License not assigned to Organization&lt;/PRE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does this error exactly mean?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition to what Janos explained, I want to point out that the call control API is for Webex Calling only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Webex Calling is the SIP-based PSTN calling solution, it is not the LOCUS-based 1:1 Calls on Webex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
