Meeting Qualities Api Limit

I have a question about the Webex API.

We have confirmed that there is a 5 minute limit for using the 'Meeting Qualities Api'.

Is there any way to change this limit to 1 minute?

Hello,

Kindly note, Quality information is available 10 minutes after a meeting has started and may be retrieved for up to 7 days.

A rate limit of 1 API call every 5 minutes for the same meeting instance id applies.

This limit is imposed on server side hence it isn't possible to change. You would have to request it as a new feature, that's done here: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ . Our Product managers monitor this forum and take up any new ideas that are feasible and popular.
