Creating webhook for resource messages with admin scope

I'm trying to create a webhook for pulling messages on the admin org wide level, I set the ownedBy filed to "org". And I received 400 Bad Request. (ref https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/webhooks/create-a-webhook) How can I create webhook for pulling message on org wide level?

The ownedBy field is currently only supported for meetings, recordings and meetingParticipants resources, not for messaging

Thanks for checking. So there is no way currently to pull the messages for the organization?

By using compliance officer, how can I create webhooks with this scope? Or you mean I can only fetching information iteratively instead of webhooks?

Yes, a compliance officer may access all data in your org, but it will not get it pro-actively via webhook or so. The latter is not the intention of the CO.

Will there be plans for adding org admin level webhooks for messages and other resources?

We would encourage you to submit a new feature request on our portal: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ for product management to review and to be consider as a future enhancement.
