    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Webex Desk Camera 4K.&lt;BR /&gt;I used it to take some pictures, but I found some problems.&lt;BR /&gt;Attached below is a comparison chart of Webex Desk Camera 4K and other product that advertise 2K.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the two pictures below, it can be seen that the image of Webex Desk Camera 4K is somewhat blurred, and the overall picture is yellowish.&lt;BR /&gt;Seeing the word "Jabra" and its circle on the earphones, it looks relatively blurred compared to other brands.&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to ask whether such imaging is normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Webex Desk Camera 4K&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Webex Desk Camera 4K" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/175397iA5633A7A440D7E1E/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="WebexDeskCamera4K-1.jpg" alt="Webex Desk Camera 4K" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Webex Desk Camera 4K&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The Image Quality of the Webex 4k Must be better compared to 2K camera. Kindly verify the settings from&amp;nbsp;Cisco Desk Camera App&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I dont have a 4K camera with me to test this Now.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, thanks for your replying.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That's what I was thinking too.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The setting in Cisco Desk Camera APP is assured 4K, a&lt;/SPAN&gt;nd I had tried to&amp;nbsp;upgrade the firmware to the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it&amp;nbsp;doesn't seem to be improving. &lt;LI-EMOJI id="lia_disappointed-face" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;&lt;/LI-EMOJI&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
