I cannot login to my devices' web interface for administration. These devices were just purchased used. They came from a CUCM environment, and are now being used with just Webex.

I have factory reset both devices, and re-activated them. I can initiate calls and screenshare without issue. The web interface is enabled in the advanced WiFi details.

I get to the login screen for both of them and I enter admin with no passphrase per the Getting Started guide, but I get the error "Invalid credentials". I tried ADMIN, Admin, administrator, etc. I even tried my full Webex credentials after my fourth factory reset.

I've tried in Edge 88.0.705.50 and Chrome 88.0.4324.104

The DX80 is running RoomOS 9.15.0.8

The 70S is running RoomOS 10.0.1.2

If you have activated the endpoints as using Webex, you need to go to Webex Control Hub and from there connect to the device. When you have done that part, you can set up a device local account if needed...

you have to go to admin.webex.com and login with your credentials. Then you can go to devices, if you click on a specific device you get the option to go to the web portal.

Important: You will require IP connectivitiy between your client and the DX80.

What do you want to make on the device?
