Audiocodes MP1288 not registering to Webex.

I am trying to follow the instructions per https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/n1hlvi5/Audiocodes-for-the-MP-1288---Manual-Reconfiguration-Procedure to connect a MP1288 to Webex.

After loading the incremental ini file the device fails to register.

I am running version MP1288_SIP_F7.40A.251.284.cmp

Is this version approved and is there a separate Flash file needed?

It is supported. Supported devices for Webex Calling. The firmware you reference is newer than the version in the reconfiguration doc that says must match. Perhaps you need to downgrade.

Verify that the firmware version of your device matchesF7.20A.202.203 before proceeding to the manual reconfiguration process. This check ensures that your device connects successfully to the configuration server. This article contains the Webex Calling version of the Audiocodes ATA Firmware.

I have a new MP1288 with an updated component due to supply chain shortages.

I cannot downgrade the firmware to 7.20A.202.203.cmp
I had the customer open a case with Webex support SR 696593590 and the reply he got was MP1288_SIP_F7.40A.251.284.cmp is supported.
