I have a team eq & unable to do content sharing in a meeting with MTR solution when it is already connected with an HDMI port on the codec local presentations happens

is it working on normal presentation with out any microsoft team calls?
also please check below settings in Codec eq GUI Page.

Setting->Video->Connector 2->PresentationSelection->Autoshare

Setting->Video->Connector 2->PresentationSelection->Visibility->Always

Is it working when sharing content locally?

If so, the account might be missing the audio video policy. You can check that in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and see if the correct audio video policy has been assigned to the resource account.

No still its not able to share

directly from the main page it opens from the setting page on the right side

Yes it works Locally, but via the video call we need are unable to press the main page to share it says to connect an HDMI cable

Can you also try starting a Meet Now meeting from the touch panel, and see if you see any errors? Since you can share locally, which indicates the physical connections are correct. I still feel that the Codec EQ in MTR mode is not configured correctly. It might have missed a policy that enables audio/video on the MS Teams side.
