    <description>&lt;P&gt;Both the SX20 and the IX5000 make standards based SIP video calls (assuming we're not talking H.323 here) and the Microsoft Teams instance will require a Cloud Video Interop solution.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once CVI is enabled on the Microsoft side, then the Teams invite will have a SIP dial string for standards based endpoints to dial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
