    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I hope you can help me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, our WebEx hardware (Codec EQ with Soundbar and Roombar Pro) is currently not working as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When starting a WebEx meeting, the error message “Could not reach the communication service, please try again!” appears very often.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joining a room similar problem, either it cannot find a contact in the address book or could not call the employee room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All connection tests have green check marks, DNS and IP also work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
