I need your assistance in configuring BYOD on the Cisco Kit equipment. I attempted to connect using the multihead cable, but it only shared the speaker, while the microphone and camera were not available. Could you guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on enabling the calendar integration from Outlook and activating the "Join" button for scheduled meetings.

The Cisco Multi-head Cables use an HDMI connector at the codec end. Because of that, they cannot support the Call from Laptop feature since there is no USB data bus connection to the codec. You could use their 9m USB C cable or a third-party component such as the Lightware TPX or SCT RTK-AM1.

Thank you for your assistance, Now, I have zoom for sip h/323 calls, is there any chance to have another zoom icon to enable users to have non sip h323 calls

Not currently. Either the host or participant needs a Zoom CRC license or the admin of the host account needs to enable free video interop.
