Requesting SUPPORT part code for CS-CAM-RVPTZ-L(Vision PTZ Camera) and CS-KIT-EQ-Z-K9 (Codec EQ with Vision PTZ and Navigator Panel)

I am not able to find the support part code for these 2 units.

This isn’t the purpose of the support forums and there are multiple support SKUs per-product. Use CCW to look this up.

The support part number will vary depending on which level of coverage you want. I'd recommend that you talk with your local Cisco Account Team, or a one of your local Cisco Partners, either of whom should be able to help you determine the precise SKU to order to match your requirements.
