Thank you Ashish, I believe it was an issue with my ISP. The system was working properly until it entered into a maintenance mode. Tried restarting it, factory reset, so far nothing has worked. Cannot download new software because I do not have a maintenance contract. Any ideas on what I can do next?

I have a 70 inch Spark Board that will not connect to the Webex network. I tried wifi connection and a direct connection to my router and still no connectivity to Webex network. I am able to login to my webex account via my laptop with no issues. Is there a particular proxy I am suppose to enter for Spark Boards? What am I missing here.

I take it you have a license to register this board to the Webex cloud as well?

Before then seems you cant event get to the right services.

Use a browser or the same ethernet cable /network to try to connect to http://mediatest.webex.com and check what is being blocked.

If it's a proxy you can enter proxy information here https://help.webex.com/en-us/no5dwuq/Connect-Your-Cisco-Webex-Board-Room-or-Desk-Device-to-a-Proxy-Server

Good luck

ashish
One thing you could try is use wireless on the board and tether with 4g/lte on your mobile phone as a hotspot. Note this will rinse your mobile bandwidth data so be careful if you pay for data. This will rule out any isp issues.
Rgs ashish
