      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Possible that they turned-off their availability status by unchecking Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Show availability and status? Do you see your self-status correctly? Just click on Help &amp;gt; Health Checker to see the connectivity to Webex cloud.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Also you might want to check the Health Checker from the Help menu. If everything looks good here. In the bottom of this same window, there’s also a database status, and allow you to reset the database, you might want to try that as well.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
