    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have WebEx desk pro endpoints when registered to cloud, the video quality and streaming for any shared video is good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when registered to on-premise CUCM , the video quality and the shared screens quality become too bad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please any steps or recommendation to enhance the quality for on-premise for (End point, CUCM or network devices)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the call flow through expressway ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes &amp;nbsp;There is a bandwidth setting on expressway. Check that too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since it on-prem and directly calling between two end points there shouldn't be such issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
