We have a Cisco Telepresence SX-20 and are trying to get it to work with Microsoft Teams. We have some documentation from the forums/blogs but we are wondering how much the Cisco Webex Video Integration for teams costs.

could you please tell, where the SX20 is registered? Regardless of that, you will need to purchase the "Cisco Collaboration Video Integration for Microsoft Teams" subscription, which allows you to join a Microsoft Teams meeting, that is hosted in your MS O365 tenant.

If you want to join foreign MS Teams Meetings, then the hosting company must provide some kind of video interop solution.
