License: information about devices of "Webex Room Systems"

Hello,

"regular" IP phones are also considered Webex Room Systems? We have 20 licenses called "Webex Room Systems" but we need to be sure that this kind of license is used only for device like Webex Rooms, Webex Share etc.
If I add an IP phone to a workspace it will "consume" what kind of license?

Webex Room System License will not be used for Ip phones.
