Webex Board 70 - HDMI share briefly jumps to home screen

We are having problems with a Webex Board 70 on which mainly a PC shares the screen via HDMI. While sharing, the screen briefly jumps to the home screen and back to the shared screen. The screen has no service contract and has already been reset to factory settings. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be or can we assume that the HDMI port is defective?

i have the same issue with my webex board share via hdmi jumps frequently between the home screen and back to my share and really annoying.
