    <description>&lt;P&gt;This could be the problem.&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have call forwarding enabled, then those call forward settings override the voicemail settings you configured&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE border="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;From the customer view in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;webexadmin&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;go to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Users&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and select the user that you want to enable voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;2&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Calling&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and then choose&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Voicemail&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;from&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Voicemail, fax and annoucement language&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;3&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Turn on the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Voicemail&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;toggle, and choose from any of the settings you want to enable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="468309.jpeg.jpg" style="width: 1242px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/164004i0121E28837D5E53B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="468309.jpeg.jpg" alt="468309.jpeg.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;</description>

      <title>Voicemail Error w/ Pixel 6 using WebEx</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping to receive some guidance on how to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp; I have a staff member that using a Pixel 6 as a work phone.&amp;nbsp; We recently moved to WebEx&amp;nbsp;from mobility.&amp;nbsp; After the upgrade the member can no longer get voicemail on their cell phone. (imaged attached).&amp;nbsp; We have uninstalled, factory reset, to name a few and nothing works.&amp;nbsp; Our other team members have iPhone&amp;nbsp; and androids and there are no issues with them, just the pixel 6.&amp;nbsp; Can someone on your team provide any guidance on how to remedy this issue?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Pixel 6 phone VM error.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/162939i745B4F8799039726/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Pixel 6 phone VM error.jpg" alt="Pixel 6 phone VM error.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
