Having host see all participants, but participants only see host?

Is it possible to have a meeting where I, the host, can see every participant's video; but participants can ONLY see me?

My understanding is that when using the application, an attendee will always be able to control most aspects of their view. Even if you “pin” the speaker for everyone, thumbnails will still be visible of others. This particular request comes up in the scenario of proctoring, but the tool is not built for it.

Yes, actually, I was hoping to use it to Proctor! I guess I'll be looking to another product for that. This is a real challenge we now face during Covid and remote learning. I'm hopeful someone else has a product that does this. Thanks for the feedback.
