Renewing Webex Certification

Hello. I was informed that my certification for the Webex Ambassador Power User is going to expire. I only see one training that I have already taken under Certifications & Retraining (see attached pic). Is retaking the "Webex Ambassador Power- User - Final Test" the path I should take to renew my certification?

Hi @stevenha1 ,

If you already completed that level of Ambassadors in the past, then you will only be required to retest for it rather than go through all the modules again, if you wish. You can recertify early if you would like. I just did it moments ago to test the functionality, and now my Ambassadorship and Credly badge are valid through 07/2023.

Thanks for the quick reply! To recertify do I just click on the player of the item listed in the attached screen capture?

Yes, click on that. And then you can select the test button to retest
