On my Webex dashboard, on the contacts page, how do I change the name format from "first last" to "last, first"?

Depending on how your account was created, this may be configured based on the user account integration. We use Directory Synchronization so the name is formatted from our AD settings.

If this is editable, there are 2 options for you . In Webex, you can click on your user icon in the upper left and then click on Edit Profile to update your name display if this is editable. You can also change your meeting name display by logging into the Webex Meetings portal and clicking on Profile.

Hopefully one of these 2 options work for you. If not check with your Webex Administrator.

Thank you. It is most likely controlled by the (company) administrator.
