VoIP Phone 8845 Bleutooth Headset and wired Headset at the same time

Hi,

I'm using a bluetooth headset connected directly to the Cisco 8845. Works fine.

But I have a second wirded headset connected to the RJ12 port in the back. This doesn't work. Is the BT-headset prioritized and switches of the wired one or do I have to configure something?

you can use only one headset at a time.AFAIK When you connect multiple headsets to your phone, you can choose the primary audio device to use for a call. The below guide is for MPP, i don't have a phone to test the below with Enterprise version. Try the below.
