    <description>&lt;P&gt;you can use only one headset at a time.AFAIK&amp;nbsp; When you connect multiple headsets to your phone, you can choose the primary audio device to use for a call. The below guide is for MPP, i don't have a phone to test the below with Enterprise version. Try the below. &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using a bluetooth headset connected directly to the Cisco 8845. Works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I have a second wirded headset connected to the RJ12 port in the back. This doesn't work. Is the BT-headset prioritized and switches of the wired one or do I have to configure something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
