    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm this bug and reproduce it (using a Jabra Headset, Evolve 2 65).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Analyzing the fulldump leads to the same result as stated in this bug-report:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-applications/jabber-12-9-5-55511-crashs-probably-related-to-jabra-headset/td-p/4411889" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-applications/jabber-12-9-5-55511-crashs-probably-related-to-jabra-headset/td-p/4411889&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attach the console view of the fulldump analysis just for information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A client of mine has found a Cisco Jabber bug where you break headset call control when you select&amp;nbsp;"Mute all sounds when in a meeting" on Settings-&amp;gt;Notifications.&lt;BR /&gt;This works fine on 12.8.x. It seems to be affecting 12.9.x.&lt;BR /&gt;Plantronics and Jabra headsets tested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scenario:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Receive a call on Jabber&lt;BR /&gt;2) Headset flashes when Jabber is ringing and I can pick up the call with the headset button&lt;BR /&gt;3) Select "Mute all sounds when in a meeting".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4) Exit Cisco Jabber-&amp;gt; crucial step&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5) Re-Open Cisco Jabber&lt;BR /&gt;6) Receive a call on Jabber&lt;BR /&gt;7) Headset no longer flashes when the call is ringing and I'm not able to pick up the call with the headset button&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Headset: Jabra Evolve 40 UC Stereo&lt;BR /&gt;Firmware: 3.10.0 and 4.1.0 (latest)&lt;BR /&gt;OS: Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909 Build 18363.1379&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jabber: 12.9.1 and 12.9.3&lt;/P&gt;</description>
