Any pair of headphone or ear phones/ear buds, wired or wireless with a mic that can pair with a laptop can support Jabber. It boils down budget, choice and comfort.

I have seen people use very expensive cans at one end of the spectrum to really affordable (almost disposable) wired ear phones/buds.

If you are looking for certified headphones, go with Cisco headsets or third-party options like Jabra as @Alexis Amaro mentioned . I'm not sure if products like Plantronics or Sennheiser are certified.
I use my Beats, sometimes my Bose QuietComfort 35, and occasionally the Cisco 730 with the Jabber and Webex apps, etc. None of them have shown any problems.
However, my colleagues who use the Cisco 730 headset experience disconnections with Windows 10 machines; I guess this is a driver issue.
So, as @Leo Laohoo mentioned, you can use any headset you prefer, but make sure the drivers are updated when using them.
