File Transfer does not working ( always waiting)

Hi Everyone

We are using CUCM v11 and IM&P v11 and all feature is working as well but files transfer does not working with jabber participant.

When click to send file and screenshot its alwayws waiting and does not doing anything.

Are those features enabled?

P2P? MFT?

I deploy MRA,File transfer is P2P not managed.

Those feature are default.

The MRA documentation already explains P2P file transfer is not supported, only MFT would work.

File transfer also does not work localy on jabber desktop cleint, i thinik it should work. what could be problem ?

You can take a look at a PRT of a failed transfer to get a better idea of what happened, and then try to fix this.

I have same issue MRA Deployment in which external jabber client cant share file to others .

error:File upload failed.

But Internal Jabber client is able to share file and external client can successfully download that file.

Is this a Firewall related issue.
