      <title>File Transfer does not working  ( always waiting)</title>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hi Everyone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are using CUCM v11 and IM&amp;amp;P v11 and all feature is working as well but files transfer does not working with jabber participant.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When click to send file and screenshot its alwayws waiting and does not doing anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same issue MRA Deployment in which external jabber client cant share file to others .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;error:File upload failed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But Internal Jabber client is able to share file and external client can successfully download that file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a Firewall related issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CUPS-10.5.2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
