convert arf to something useful

I'm trying to convert arf files. I'm on a mac. I've installed the networking recording player and, per instructions, I started playing the video clip after downloading it to my computer as per the instructions. But when I go to the file menu during playback there is no option to convert.

I downloaded the network recording player here: https://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html.

It says right in the document you linked on the WebEx Help Central:

The WebEx Network Recording Player does not support converting recordings to MP4 format on Mac systems.

In fact there is an option of

In fact there is an option of MP4 format in WebEx Network Editor, but when I click on it, it asks me to type in some kind of password. Then I tried my WebEx account, not the same? WTF?

I met this problems too, after some many times try, I finally gave up. Only be able to convert WRF file to WMV and then export the WMV file to some other formats like MP4 and AVI.
