&lt;P&gt;Can you give some document that I can be used or guide to discuss it to our client?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have this scenario. Latest version of Jabber App not working in IPhones and Androids.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have CUCM version 9.1.1.21030-1&lt;STRONG&gt;. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: black;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it compatibility issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to read the compatibility of the Jabber version 11, and it is compatible with the CUCM version 9.X or later.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We tried also to install the Jabber version 11 in our desktop,and there are features that are not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 9.1.2.14900-14 with Jabber 11.1 and it works just fine, you really should not be on 9.1, the maintenance release for 9 is 9.1(2)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
