      <title>Jabber's Presence Status in Outlook for a user is showing offline until the user is searched in Jabber first</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are running Jabber for Windows version 11.1.2 on Windows 7. When I type a user's name in Outlook new email window, the Presence bubble appears next to the user's name but it shows an "offline" status (grey color). However when I search for the user in Jabber window first, and then re-enter the name in Outlook email the presence bubble of that user appears as available "Green".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: I know that the user have been online all the time, and I see the user's status as green in Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this? It appears that the presence status in Outlook for a user is getting updated only when I search for the user in Jabber search window.&lt;/P&gt;
