Webex Meeting Center WBS31 shuts down

I am currently running Windows 10 and when I am using webex, either presenting or viewing, it will shut down for no reason. Sometimes it will stay on for up to 30 mins, but most times, within 10 mins, it just shuts down. I've tried this on Chrome, Firefox and IE. I've installed the IE Tab but nothing works. Any suggestions?
