      <title>Cisco CMMS 2.7 recording error One User</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i have customer with a CWMS 2.7 with IRP without HA &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a Deployment of 250 user systems ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we have enable the recording feature for all the user , and the recording is working fine ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;last week we get a complain by a user that he can't download one of the his meeting , the file size is 130M but&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when he try to download the meeting he get only 4K , all the other recording of that user he success to download and heard and see ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and all the other users are success to download their meeting&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;more of that when he share the meeting to another via the mail ' we can heard &amp;amp; see the meeting excellent ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we try to see at the storage which is a ISilon and also just saw the 4K file ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so my question&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;where is the missing file of the recording meeting at the storage&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;from where the system take to file if we share it ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what i&amp;nbsp; have miss here ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Yaniv,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the user can stream the recording successfully with both audio/web working fine, it means that recording was completed successfully. Recording files are stored in RecordingData directory within '1' directory sub-folders belonging to the host and the specific unique conference ID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now, these files are used to create the ARF file for the download and a new directory is created (RecordingPac) where this file is saved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is possible that creation of this ARF file failed the first time the download was attempted, and now you have this corrupted 4KB file in RecordingPac directory, so every time the host tries to download it, it pulls the same 4KB file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you can try to do is delete that one 4KB ARF file , and try the download again. Download should trigger a new ARF file creation and hopefully this time it will complete successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not,&amp;nbsp;reach out to TAC with a TAC case to investigate the logs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope this will help.&lt;/P&gt;
