&lt;P&gt;!!! Solved !!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Change password at next login was checked at WEB password setting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once we disabled it in unity configuration, then Jabber VM login was successful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is trouble with Jabber. User first needs to login to PCA to change password, then only user can login to jabber V,&amp;nbsp;Otherwise cant, Jabber VM login will thorough 'random error'. or Use common web password for all vm subscribers....!!! But Jabber VM login fails, if change password next login checked.....!!!! enjoy...!!!&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Jabber client 11.1 cannot connect to voicemail server</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we have Cisco CUCM 11.0 IM&amp;amp;P 11 and Unity Connection 11.0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Jabber for windows, iphone, android implemented.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are facing issue with accessing voicemail in Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I enter value in "Account Setting" I am getting error message after long time as attached.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If I enter wrong password, quickly, I get error, saying wring password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no firewall between Jabber client and other UC device (CUCM,VM,IMP)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="uicontrol"&gt;System Settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="uicontrol"&gt;Advanced&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="uicontrol"&gt;API Settings - all 3 options checked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
