Call History and Chat History Sync between Windows, MAC, Citrix Cients...

Hello all.

In our company we are using Cisco Jabber for some Pilot Users on Windows workstations. Now we start to provide Cisco Jabber for Cirix users too. If now an Citrix user switch from his Citrix Client to his Windows Workstation then his contacts are synced because saved on Presence server. But the Call History is missing because we have no solution how to sync call history.

Is there any solution to sync Call History and Chat History between Windows Clients, MAC Clients or Clients on Citrix with Cisco Presence server ?

Thanks in advanced.

Hi Christian,

Call history sync is not supported between different jabber devices

Yes, i believe its the same since chat history is stored under the Windows local profile, for example:
C:\Users[userid]\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History

Hi,

Would this also be the same if the user logs in each day (Same Jabber Client) and their Citrix session is coming from a different Server farm (Load sharing). Or should this be tied to their profile.

Thanks
