Turn off the Feedback at the end of a WebEx Session

Hey guys,

is it possible to turn off the feedback pop up at the end of meetings?

I already found this:

In my Admin panel, I can shut off the surveys at the end of the presentations as long as I'm using Training Center or Event Center by unchecking the box in front of "Display feedback form after meeting (EC and TC)".

But it does not turn off the survey for all the meetings we have.

This community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on-prem WebEx) and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace products and is not observed by WebEx SaaS experts.

I would suggest you reach out to WebEx SaaS support to get to the answer faster.

Yes you can, Reach out to you Customer Success Manager and It can be done with a provisioning ticket.
