Hello,

What is the options that I can do to make the interface of users more friendly. In other words, anything else can be done more than changing the logo like colors adding background images and etc.

I only found some options like: Audio Prompts.

Hi,

CWMS has only limited customization options and all are listed under CWMS Administration > Settings > Branding and Extended Branding: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_6/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide/Administration_Guide_chapter_01110.html

That is pretty much all you can do on CWMS.

At this time, we don't have anything else planned for future releases. If you have any specific requirements, please define them in detail and I will see to submit an enhancement request for you to share with your Cisco Account Team to pursue further with CWMS Product management.
