Jabber Android Chat Window - Camera, Photo, VIdeo, File Icons Greyed Out

Hi. Running Jabber Android client 11.1.1.223288 for the first time. We've been running it successfully on our internet Windows for 6+ months. All features work except the icons for the camera, photo, video, and file are greyed out on the Android client. Any ideas?

In make experience I noticed that if you are using a phone is NOT listed on as a supported devices not all the fetures are guaranteed
