Automating Jabber with VBA

Good morning,

In our office, we've had Jabber for a while. Now we're wanting to integrate our Jabber more with the rest of our software. What we're looking to do is create a system that can send automatic Jabber messages based on certain criteria using VBA, either through Excel or Outlook.

I'm pretty handy with code, but I can't figure out how to get the code to recognize Jabber. Outlook integrates with it just fine.

Would anyone here have some ideas?
