    <description>&lt;P&gt;Per Cisco TAC I restarted our CallManager servers and that fixed the issue.&amp;nbsp; We did a capture and found out that CallManager was not responding to Jabber in a timely manner.&amp;nbsp; Windows kept trying to connect while Macs gave up.&amp;nbsp; Thanks TAC!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Jabber Mac Clients don't have phone services</title>
