Hi,

When a user is active on a Video call via Cisco Jabber Client (Windows based), can we initiate the BIB capability to stream the audio for call recording purposes?

If this is SIP, the recording software will need to be able to handle (or ignore) the video parameters being passed to it on the invite. Or you can workaround it by disabling video on the trunk to the recording solution. May also need to verify the codec being published by jabber to your recording solution to make sure they are compatible.
