Hi all,

Whats the difference between CUVA & JAbber

I have jabber client in my laptop how can i use it. Do i need to add it manually somewhere? It can be added in Cisco CUCM ?

Yes, you need to manually add jabber for windows on CUCM. Please read the Jabber deployment guide to understand the deployment requirements and procedure, its all given in detail here
