Cisco Jabber mobile client and MOVI implemention

Dear Cisco Expert;

I am doing one implementation first time and the attached BOM shows

10 active jabber video client
25 Active jabber mobile client Reg.

Please let us know if we can use the jabber mobile client in Android and IPhone with the license.

We have cisco VCS-control ,TMS,TCS and VCS-Expressway(public IP).

I have read so many post by cisco telling you must need cisco call manager so that you can use jabber in Android and IPhones?

Is it correct?

Please advise me?

My customer wants Jabber for Android and also IPhones..please advice..

I have opened so many TAC cases still not able to get clear advice for the same.

Jabber Video for iPad can register to VCS control, that's the only one, all of the other Jabber clients require CUCM and IM&P, depending on the capabilities you need.
