I would start by making sure there are no network problems for that user, and that he's not running any other particular SW none of the other machines has. You can pull a PRT to find out why Jabber is losing the registration.

Cisco Jabber for Windows problems with presence status

Hello!

I have a few problems with windows jabber v 10.5.2:

1. One client in our environment loses connection (I think, that it loses connection) to Presence server for a few seconds time to time. And because of it owner's presence status changeed to "unknown" (gray). After while jabber reconnects to IM&Presence server status changes to "on-line"

2. When I try to call to this user by pressing call-button in my jabber client, my desk-phone tries to place call, but nothing happens. But if I dial user's number on a desk-phone keypad, call places successfuly.

Only one user and one Jabber client affected into this kind of problem.

There is no error in Jabber client logs.

May be somebody can help me and give a piece of advice how to troubleshoot this issue?

CUCM version 8.6.2.22900-9

CUP version 8.6.3.10000-23
