Conflicting info in Jabber for iPhone and iPad 10.6.x Release Notes

Hi-

I see two conflicting pieces of information in the Jabber for iPhone and iPad 10.6.x Release notes. One of the first limitations is:

HD video may become stuck on the iPhone 5S and iPad Air when they are running iOS 8.

Another limitation further down in the notes is:

Cisco Jabber for iPhone and iPad bandwidth has been limited to 384 kbps due to CPU constraints on the supported iPad hardware.

So, the first note implies that HD video is supported, but the second note states that bandwidth is limited to 384K, which essentially rules out HD. Can anyone clarify? I see a few posts/questions from several years back about the 384K restriction, but no clear answers.
