    <description>&lt;P&gt;After upgrading my Jabber for Windows install to v10.6.2, my chat notification sound doesn't play properly on my computer. All other sounds from Jabber sound fine (and all other sounds from my computer for that matter). I've reinstall Jabber and get the same thing. If I play the imAlert.wav directly through Windows Media Player, it sounds normal. I've attached the corrupt sound being made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If only one machine is experiencing this issue then it seems to be machine specific and you can start by a reinstall of the jabber client. I am not sure if Jabber Problem report will have something related to this but if the issue persists after reinstall you can collect it once and post on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manish&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had another computer do the same thing. This new Jabber v10.6.2 is super slow. To fix that it requires a complete uninstall/reinstall. As part of doing that this other users just renamed the AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber folder and restarted Jabber. After that the sound issue occurred. There's definitely some bug with this version.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
