    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have upgraded CUPC to Jabber 10.5.5 and users started receiving error: Cannot communicate with the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users can still access CUPC but not Jabber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using CUCM 8.6 and CUPS 8.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please suggest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
